This site has been developed for the benefit of our existing clients and prospective clients.

From experience we have learnt that if the information supplied is too comprehensive the person reading it gives up as a lot of the information is not relevant to what is required. We have decided that those needing comprehensive information or wishes to download forms etc. be directed to such sites as The South African Revenue Service (SARS) or The Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office (CIPRO).

In the past year there has been a major shift by Government departments from paper based forms, remittances and returns to direct submission via the internet. This is a welcome move as there is little chance of such communication being lost by these departments.

We promise that we will not replace our team with computers so if you contact us there will be a humanoid on our site.

What we can do for you

With a total complement of 20 we tend to concentrate on the Small to Medium Entities because they are the ones that cannot afford to employ a host of financial advisers or accountants and bookkeepers.

Preferably we would like to be involved before a major business decision is made and to advise you accordingly. We have had years of experience in dealing with this kind of business and we can point out the pitfalls and the bureaucracy you can avoid and save you a lot of time and money.
